• Can I get a refund for my donation?

  Donations are non-refundable.

• Is there an age limit to enter a draw?

  Age restrictions vary between 13+, 16+, 18+, and 21+ depending on the nature of the sweepstakes. A parent or guardian must accompany any winner who is under the age of majority in their place of residence. All age restrictions are listed in the Official Rules of each drawing.

• Do I need to register for a CharityStars account to participate?

  It's not mandatory to create a CharityStars account to enter sweepstakes, but having an account allows you to keep track of the sweepstakes you enter and the donations you've made.

• Do I have to donate to participate?

  No purchase/donation is necessary to enter a sweepstakes.
  To participate in the draw without donating, access the draw page and click on the "Enter without donating" button at the bottom of the web page.

  Donating does not increase your chances of winning; Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received, not the method of entry.

• How is the winner chosen?

  Once all eligible entries have been entered at the close of a sweepstakes, CharityStars’ Random Number Generator software will select the winner.
