Receipts and invoices

• Can I receive a copy of the invoice for my purchase?

  Depending on the type of purchase made, an invoice may not be available. In the event that CharityStars acts as an intermediary, a payment receipt may be requested as proof. Both the receipt and the invoice will be processed with the data provided at the time of payment.

• Can the payment of an auction or a donation made on the CharityStars platform be deducted for tax purposes?

  Tax deductibility depends on the laws of the individual state of reference. For this reason, CharityStars does not issue receipts certifying the tax deductibility of purchases made on the platform, nor of donations paid.
