As soon as the auction item leaves our offices, the winner will receive an email with the tracking code and mention of the courier used. Through the tracking service of the relevant courier it is possible to follow the shipment of the package to its destination using an international online tracking system.
Once your payment has been completed, it’s not possible to change the delivery address directly on the website. However, you can contact our Customer Care team, who will assist you with updating the address. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to ensure we can process your request in time. The new address will only be valid once you receive written confirmation from our team.
If the lot cannot be delivered to the indicated shipping address and must be returned to the sender, it is CharityStars' responsibility to verify what has happened with the customer and the courier. The customer is obliged to pay for the second shipment if the error was made by the customer himself, for example if he provided an incorrect address or refused to receive the order.
