If you believe that the item received does not correspond to its description, we invite you to contact us within a maximum of 2 days from the delivery date, highlighting the differences compared to the description provided during the auction.
We also ask you to send us photographs showing the external appearance of the package and its internal contents.
After completing the necessary checks, our team will contact you to inform you of the outcome of your report and any actions to be taken.
If your package was delivered damaged, contact our Help Center within a maximum of 2 days of receiving the item, sending photographic evidence and providing a description of what happened.
If at the time of delivery, your package does not appear intact (with signs of damage, partially opened, resealed, etc.), you will need to ask the courier to sign with the reservation. If upon opening the package the item is found damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us promptly with images of both the packaging and the item.
If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received your item, please contact our Help Center within a maximum period of 2 days from the receipt of the item (verifiable from the website of the reference courier), describing the situation. After 48 hours from the visible delivery date via the tracking code, unfortunately, we will not be able to assist you. When contacting us, please include the report issued by local authorities stating the item was not delivered. Our Customer Care Team will then ask you to fill out and sign a declaration.
